Our Beginnings

The original gates to the Brusally Ranch

In 1950, Ed and Ruth Tweed established Brusally Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, where they raised and showed Arabian Horses.

As a result of a donation by their daughter, Sally Tweed Groom to Mayo Clinic Arizona, the house was transformed into Arizona Transplant House at Brusally Ranch.

The ranch, which once was part of a 160 acre property, got its name from the combined names of the Tweed's two children, Bruce and Sally.
